How to Use The Power of Creativity to Solve Complex Problems
Writer: Exponect Team
The skill to generate new ideas, ways, original and invent
new things is called creativity.
In the modern of AI Era, many people, scientists and
scholars are talking on creativity for to teach problem-solving techniques to other
human beings. This is transferable skill.
This skill has strong relation with human thinking. And
human thinking has relation with human brain.
So, if you don’t have habit to think then you can’t solve
complex problems in your real life.
Let us understand the exponect art of creativity to
solve a complicated problem using an Analogy of Teacher and Students in a classroom.
Let us consider that a teacher of mathematics is standing
near Whiteboard in the class.
He drew a straight line on whiteboard with a marker.
____________
Then he asked his students present in class:
Who can shorter the line drawn on whiteboard without
touching it?
Now, silence prevails in the class.
Students start to stare faces of one another.
No students in the class knows its answer of this
problem.
Every student thinks that it is very complex problem
of mathematics that was asked by teacher out of syllabus.
No student dares to use his creativity to find
solution of the problem.
Suddenly, a student raised his hand and said to his
teacher that he will shorter the line without touching it.
All the students astonished and wondered how he would
do this!
The student comes near the white board and draws
another straight line longer than the
first line as you can see below.
____________________________
____________
Now the first line appears shorter compared to the
second longer line. The students used the concept of comparative study or the
science of relativity. The student used an interdisciplinary approach to solve
the complex problem posed by the teacher, as the student studies physics and
mathematics with a broad mindset, using creativity.
The teacher appreciated the student’s way of using
creativity to solve the problem in a new manner. He reduced the length of the
line on the whiteboard without physically touching it. That is why all the
students applauded, and the teacher praised him.
Creativity: Learning Lesson and Global Message:
According to Exponect Team, it is proved that students
should not confined themselves to their syllabus. School, colleges and
universities on focuses on text books and curriculum to pass the examination
with the highest marks.
No educational intuition teaches its students how they
can find novel paths in their lives for better future so that they can serve
the society for its prosperity and development for the country.
Similarly, Government of every country should force
its educational departments that students should be taught that how they can
use their creative thinking to generate original ideas to solve problem in
lives.
If students and people of the world don’t use their
creativity then their life become stagnant and there will be no innovation in
any field science, art, literature, engineering, medical, etc. and these fields
fall prey to inertia.
Students feel confined within a system that emphasizes memorization without understanding over practical problem-solving, creativity, and productive learning activities to be productive in their real lives.
So,
the rote learning system kills students’ creativity, while creative and
innovative pedagogy promotes entrepreneurial skills in students.
Final Insights by Exponect:
In educational institutions focus is on Rote learning even
at higher education. Students feel trapped in a neural boundary withing which they
feel that they can’t think outside the box to break barriers for their bright
future and execute their inner potential to use their capabilities to solve
problems of society and their country in order to play an active role similarly
like conversion of potent ion energy of their brain into kinetic energy.
